Aasha (Hope)

I met this very engaging beauty outside one of the largest and oldest Gaushalas in Jaipur, Rajasthan India called Prinjrapol which was just outside the heart of the city.

There were hundreds of cows inside but this one created me with such enthusiasm that I decided to call her Hope (Aashar). The Hindi writing spells Aashar and this painting marked the start of my study of the Hindi language.
